Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking, Hospitality or Catering; Bachelors degree or professional pastry diploma from a recognised international school with 46 years professional kitchen experience, with at least 2 years focused on pastry and solid intercontinental cooking experience
