Responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue targets through the management of the full sales cycle for defined verticals and customer base.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Develop, communicate, and execute a structured client strategy aligned to the Sales framework methodology to drive account growth and retention.
Design and implement detailed account plans focused on revenue growth, client expansion, and strategic objectives.
Manage sales activities to achieve agreed targets, ensuring delivery within approved budgets and corporate objectives.
Monitor client satisfaction consistently and proactively address issues to maintain strong service quality and retention.
Foster a culture of accountability and performance, driving objective-based management and customer-focused execution.
Collaborate across internal teams to identify and sell new enterprise solutions into existing clients, delivering growth targets.

Minimum Qualifications
NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in IT/Engineering or Sales/Marketing
OR NQF 4: Grade 12
Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage
Experience
Minimum of 5 years' ICT experience in Account Management Role
Or
Minimum of 7 years' ICT experience in Account Management Role
Certifications
Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry
