Responsibilities
Transaction Matching: Verify that incoming and outgoing transaction records from back-office systems match subsidiary ledgers.
Dispute Resolution: Investigate discrepancies (\"breaks\") and resolve electronic transfer and payment issues with banks and partners.
Account Balancing: Forecast and balance daily movements on bank accounts using advanced spreadsheets.
Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end closes while preparing management reports.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 to 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a banking-related role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERPs, and accounting software.
High mathematical aptitude, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
