Job Description
The Sales Representative will drive sales of memberships, programs, and services, building strong relationships with clients and promoting offerings to increase participation.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell memberships, programs, and services
Identify and reach out to potential clients and corporate partners
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Conduct product presentations, demos, and on-site visits
Collect customer feedback and report market insights to management
Support marketing initiatives and events to generate leads
Requirements
Diploma or professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Business, Customer Service, or a related field
Relevant sales training or short courses will be an added advantage
1 - 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
Experience in sports, recreation, or fitness sales is an advantage
