Store Member

Job Summary We are currently recruiting a Store Member to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy retail store. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with product enquiries and provide excellent customer service. Arrange, replenish, and maintain products on shelves and displays. Ensure the store is clean, neat, and properly organized. Assist with receiving, checking, and storing merchandise. Monitor product availability and report low-stock items to the supervisor. Support stock counting and inventory activities. Assist with pricing, tagging, and merchandising of products. Maintain proper arrangement of products according to store standards. Support sales activities and help achieve store targets. Handle customers' concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines. Requirements Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent. Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Customer-focused and service-oriented. Honest, reliable, and responsible. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
