Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Store Sales Representative to engage walk-in customers, promote products, process sales transactions, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, customer-focused, and able to build strong relationships that drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and understand their product needs.
Promote and recommend products to drive sales.
Process customer orders and payments accurately.
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain an organized and attractive showroom or sales area.
Keep accurate sales records and prepare daily sales reports.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree, HND, or OND in any relevant field.
2 - 4 years of indoor sales, retail sales, or customer service experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic sales systems.
Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
Must reside in Lekki, Ajah or nearby areas.
