Job Summary:

The Supervisor will coordinate staff during assigned shifts, manage floor activities, ensure smooth customer service, and provide basic IT/POS support where needed.

Key Responsibilities:


Supervise floor staff and monitor performance.
Resolve customer issues and support daily operations.
Handle POS setup, troubleshooting, and backups.
Maintain order and cleanliness across departments.
Prepare shift reports and update management.


Requirements:


ND/B.Sc in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
3 - 5 years' supervisory or retail experience.
Good leadership and multitasking ability.
Familiarity with POS systems preferred.
