Job Overview


The Storekeeper will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a single retail outlet.
This includes inventory control, sales execution, customer service, and accurate record-keeping.
The role is critical to ensuring product availability, proper storage, and excellent customer experience at the outlet level.


Key Responsibilities


Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for the outlet, with at least 90 - 95% target achievement.
Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring 100% daily stock reconciliation.
Control stock losses, keeping shrinkage below 1% per month.
Ensure proper storage and handling of products, achieving 100% compliance with safety and agrochemical storage standards.
Improve customer service delivery, maintaining 90%+ customer satisfaction based on feedback and repeat purchases.
Ensure product availability, maintaining a minimum 98% availability of core products.
Submit daily sales and stock reports with 100% accuracy and on-time submission.
Support promotional activities, ensuring full implementation of all approved in-store promotions.
Maintain outlet cleanliness and organization, achieving 100% compliance during internal audits.
Support basic product advisory services, with correct usage guidance provided in at least 95% of customer interactions.


Qualifications & Experience


OND, HND, or equivalent qualification in Business, Agriculture, or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a retail store or warehouse.
Experience in inventory management and retail operations.
Basic computer literacy and record-keeping skills.
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Knowledge of agrochemicals, fertilizers, or agricultural products is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
