The Institute of Software Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Student Admissions & Recruitment Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.
Salary:
Ksh 40,000 per month plus an attractive performance-based commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and enroll prospective students into our vocational and technical training programmes.
Provide career guidance and recommend suitable training programmes.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective students.
Guide applicants through the admissions and registration process.
Maintain accurate student records in Zoho CRM.
Achieve monthly student enrolment targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the admissions journey.
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Education or a related field.
Experience in sales, admissions, customer service or student recruitment is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused.
Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho is an added advantage.
