Are you a great teacher? Bring your subject to life on camera and help thousands of Nigerian students learn with ease.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
EES Tech Limited is building a curriculum-aligned video learning platform for Nigerian secondary school students (JSS1 to SS3), fully mapped to the NERDC curriculum and the BECE, WAEC and NECO examination requirements.
We are looking for experienced subject teachers to develop lesson content and deliver it on camera at our Lagos studio. This is not a full-time job and it does not require you to leave your current role. It is a flexible, delivery-based engagement: you are contracted to produce a defined set of lessons for your subject, you develop the content, you film it at our studio on scheduled dates, and you are paid on successful delivery, based on an agreed budget per assignment.
HOW IT WORKS
You keep your current job.
You work from an agreed lesson list.
You film at our studio on scheduled dates.
You get paid when your content is delivered and approved. Simple.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop lesson scripts and outlines for your assigned subject and class levels, using the EES lesson framework and templates provided.
Work with our Head of Department to get your scripts reviewed and approved before filming.
Attend scheduled filming sessions at our Lagos studio and deliver your lessons on camera — our production team handles all filming, sound and editing.
Make reasonable revisions where our quality review team requests corrections or re-takes.
Deliver your full assigned lesson set within the agreed schedule.

Minimum 3 years of secondary school teaching experience with direct exposure to BECE, WAEC or NECO examination preparation.
Strong command of the NERDC curriculum and the examination syllabus for your subject.
Clear spoken English and the ability to explain difficult concepts simply.
Confidence presenting, on camera or in front of a class, and openness to coaching on camera delivery.
Reliability: you deliver what you commit to, on schedule.
A plus, but not required: prior experience creating educational videos or online tutoring content, or experience as a WAEC/NECO examiner or marker.
ENGAGEMENT AND PAYMENT
