Minimum Required Qualification:


Have National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adult


The Appointee should:


Have at least 3-5 years' experience in an Asset Management role within an ICT environment.
Have a valid driver's license (if applicable).
Have a clear credit record.
Have a clear security screening record.
Be medically fit to work in the specific business area.


Advantageous Qualifications:


Diploma or Advanced Certificate in a Business or IT Related Field
Some training exposure will be advantageous


Key Responsibilities:


Coordinates the Asset Management Lifecycle Process within the region
Ensures ICT users and ICT Team complies with regulatory requirements set by the Company
Coordinates the financial and asset management portion of the different sites
Supervise Administration aspects of vendor management such as tracking and SLA delivery
Submit monthly figures for reporting purposes in the SLA and quarterly presentations
Managing and processing hardware and software requests
Adhere to SLA response times for assigned calls and monitor and manage these calls until resolved
Procure ICT stock and related items as per approved requests
Process the receiving of ICT orders
Logging allocation and installation calls as per approved requests or projects
Meet with vendors to discuss new technology/versions and maintain the list of standard equipment procured within Sibanye-Stillwater
Managing and ordering Software Licenses
Invoices, obtain approval signatures and submit to relevant Finance Departments for payments
Assist with ICT Team order capturing, breakdown orders, and submitting PRs for tender requests
Assist with User account audit reports for certain Software Applications
Vendor payment queries
Managing budgets and monthly budget reports to ensure no overspending
First-line support and managing third-party calls logged for certain Software Applications
Provide backup assistance for Training and Development training sessions
Provide individual user training if and when required when dealing with our ICT users
Provide training on the current AMT tool when required
Monthly call stat reports for certain Software Applications
Compile and provide audit information when required
Ensuring all audit-related information/documentation is filed/stored in a dedicated location
Assist with the procurement planning for the region according to the annual budget
Maintain customer relations within the ICT Helpdesk and provide a professional service to all our customers
