They have a lot of clever systems and one very important question: "Why did it do that?" You're the person who answers it, and who gets business and tech to finally speak the same language. What you'll bring: 4 years in business analysis, systems analysis, or configuration work A degree in information systems, business analysis, finance, or similar (or equivalent experience) Experience in financial services, lending, or collections Confidence configuring system rules and strategies without breaking anything A knack for testing, spotting bugs, and chasing them down to the root cause Clear writing for documentation, specs, and release notes that people actually read Knowledge of compliance requirements like NCA and POPIA A calm, solutions-first attitude and a sharp eye for detail
