Analyse business information needs to define system requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security through regular audits, comprehensive analysis, and the implementation of security best practices.
Evaluate current systems and processes for effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Review and improve existing systems and processes to enhance functionality.
Develop detailed business and functional specifications.
Oversee project management responsibilities.
Document system and business processes thoroughly.
Design and implement custom applications, integrations, and automations.
Meet commitments outlined in Service Level Agreements.
Provide exceptional user experience through training and effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal and external governance, risk and compliance audit requirements.
Required Learning:
2+ years Business/System analysis experience.
BCom, BSc, Beng, equivalent degree or relevant experience.
