KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain business systems, databases, and digital platforms to ensure reliability, security, and uptime.
Develop, customize, and automate business processes through coding, integrations, and reporting tools.
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions for management decision-making.
Implement and enforce data security, backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures.
Administer company website, email systems, and user access controls.
Coordinate technology deployments, upgrades, and vendor support services.
Train staff on system usage and promote data-driven decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in systems administration, database management, and data analytics.
Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL, APIs, automation tools).
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel reporting.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and IT infrastructure management.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
