Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles (e.g., drivers, warehouse staff, hub supervisors, corporate roles).
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and timelines.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.
Ensure proper documentation and evaluation of candidates in line with company standards.
Coordinate and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct background and reference checks where required.
Prepare and issue offer letters and manage the candidate acceptance process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition of new hires.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and recruitment best practices.
