Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and continuously improve the end-to-end internship and early-career capacity-building program.
Create structured learning paths, success frameworks, training plans, and performance milestones for interns.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, induction, training, performance evaluation, and career planning for interns.
Partner with business leaders to align capacity-building initiatives with organisational and talent needs.
Build and manage relationships with universities and academic institutions to attract high-potential talent.
Deliver strong product, functional, and business-context training to enable interns to become productive contributors.
Own the intern experience, engagement, and growth journey, ensuring clarity on career progression opportunities.
Act as the primary interface between interns, business teams, and leadership.
Track program outcomes, talent conversion rates, and impact on business capacity.
Continuously refine the program using feedback, performance data, and evolving business requirements.
Key Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
3 - 5 years' experience in HR, Talent Development, Capacity Building, or Early Careers programs.
Proven experience designing and delivering structured learning or workforce development initiatives.
Strong business partnering skills with the ability to align people initiatives to business outcomes.
Excellent communication, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, multi-stakeholder environment.
High ownership mindset with the ability to build and scale programs from scratch.
