The Key Purpose of the Team Leader, Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) is to oversee daily activities, ensure efficient maintenance and placement of equipment, and lead the team to achieve operational goals and high performance
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Outputs and Accountabilities include, but not limited to:
Managed cooler maintenance
Managed the execution of the Maintenance and Repairs.
Plan for regular maintenance of coolers to ensure high reliability.
Coolers are maintained as per schedule
Ensure good housekeeping of the workshop for cleanliness and a safe working environment.
Assist Cooler Mechanics with breakdown repairs and troubleshooting of faults
Ensure all equipment is operated at its optimum
Operational requirements
Maintain customer service excellence.
Monitor the process of tool management.
Maintained safety, health and environmental standards.
Achieved quality standards.
Set goals and drive team performance.
Provide leadership, support and guidance to the team.

Maintain Internal and External customer collaboration.

Ensured effective administrative processes
Adhere to necessary legal requirements
Ensure KPI's are met
Ensure that all Job cards are signed off on completion and the transaction is completed in ERP system.
Managed Budget
Monitor expenses
Report on deviations
Spare parts management.
Provides input and support to the department's Budget Planning Process
Skills, Experience & Education
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering with demonstrated specialization in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning engineering.
Experience
A Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician working cold drink equipment or coolers in a bottling or manufacturing environment.
A Minimum of 2 years' experience managing teams.
1 year - accident-free driving experience with a valid license.
Skills:
