Inspect, test and verify high-voltage electrical systems to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
Identify, assess, analyse and monitor operational and quality-related risks to the organisation.
Support, guide, and align production teams.
Capture, review, verify, and maintain all documentation associated with vehicle builds and faults ensure accurate execution and traceability.
Develop, initiate, implement, and evaluate quality initiatives to optimise processes.
Report, communicate and track deviations identified during product audits to production personnel.
Implement, and monitor corrective action reports for field, supplier, and internal non-conformances.
Collect analyse, and maintain quality data to ensure accuracy.
Plan, conduct and evaluate structural welding audits in accordance with MAN and VW welding standards.
Conduct audit, and improve production jigs.
Report on Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability.
Operate, prioritise, and deliver effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
Implement and maintain production and quality templates to support consistency and process control.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/ Quality Inspection.
Quality certification aligned to automotive standards (ISO 9001).

Experience:
Experience in a similar role in the automotive industry - 2 years.
High Voltage Experience - 2 years.
