Technical and Training Officer

Requirements: Minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in training, technical instruction, or Learning & Development. Strong presentation, communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate training programmes. Develop training materials and facilitate learning sessions. Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports. Maintain technical training records and documentation.
