Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Technical Assistant to support day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of systems and equipment.
The ideal candidate will provide technical support, assist with basic troubleshooting, and help maintain IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to staff and users
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate when necessary
Support network setup and ensure connectivity is stable
Maintain and update IT equipment and inventory records
Assist in system upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance
Ensure adherence to IT policies and security guidelines
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a technical support role
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS)
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
