Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
Provide expert technical advice and recommend customized engineering solutions.
Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to design and deliver client-specific solutions.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.
Ensure effective after-sales support, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, and product showcases.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales performance, client visits, call plans, and market insights.
Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and assess potential risks or competitive threats.
Provide continuous technical support throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 YOE in technical sales, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
Sales of pumps and Valves would be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and engineering solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
