Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technology Sales Executive to join their team. This role involves driving sales across multiple industries by leveraging expertise in IT hardware, software solutions, and industry-specific products to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development


Identify, target, and engage potential customers across industries such as hospitality, education, healthcare, retail, and warehousing.
Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and close deals for IT hardware, software solutions (including ERP systems), and power backup solutions.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.


Product Expertise


Acquire in-depth knowledge of product offerings, including IT hardware, software, outdoor/camping solutions, summit and drive-thru solutions, and retail products.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to clients, demonstrating how solutions align with their needs.


Customer Engagement


Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business requirements and offering personalized solutions.
Provide outstanding post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Proactively address customer concerns and offer solutions to enhance the overall client experience.


Market Research and Strategy


Monitor market trends, industry demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
Share market insights with management to refine sales strategies and improve product positioning.


Reporting and Compliance


Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and expense reports to the Sales Manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the sales process.
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


Sales Targets: Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Client Acquisition: Successfully onboard a minimum of 10 - 15 new clients per quarter.
Customer Retention: Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher (this metric stays as-is).
Lead Generation: Generate 20 - 30 qualified leads each month.
Market Expansion: Increase product penetration in key industries by 10 - 15% annually (specific industries may vary depending on focus areas).


Qualifications and Skills Required:


Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in IT hardware, software solutions, or related industries.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Skills:
