Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Facilitating fundraising calls aimed at re-engaging former donors, as well as prospective donors
Administering all follow up processes arising from fundraising calls
Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures

Requirements
Minimum requirements:
National Senior Certificate or equivalent
1 year of experience in a call centre or customer services environment
Experience in database capturing and administration or fundraising
Experience using CRM and/or similar databases
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
