Job description
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Certificate in pharmacy or sales & marketing
1-2 years of experience in Telesales
Working knowledge of Sage ERP will be an added advantage.
Experience working in Mombasa/Coastal region.
COMPETENCIES
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Creative thinking skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
