Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to fresh and follow-up real estate leads daily
Handle inbound inquiries regarding property details, pricing, and availability
Confidently present and promote real estate projects over the phone
Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
Handle objections and convert prospects into site visits and bookings
Follow up consistently until deals are closed
Coordinate with the site sales team to ensure fast closures
Maintain and update CRM/customer database
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Female candidate with 3 - 5 years of telesales/marketing experience
Proven experience in telesales/telemarketing (real estate, insurance, banking, or telecom preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and close high-ticket deals
Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-focused
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
