Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Personnel to support sales growth through outbound calling and customer engagement. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects into customers, maintaining accurate sales records, and achieving set sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities


Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain consistent communication.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and sales outcomes.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Work closely with the sales team and supervisor to improve performance.


Qualifications, Experience & Skills


Bachelor's Degree or a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
At least 2-3 years' experience in telesales, call center, or customer service is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Strong negotiation and closing ability.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
