Position Summary


We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Representative to drive sales and expand our customer base. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling company products via phone, managing client relationships, and supporting the field sales team in achieving overall revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities


Conduct outbound sales calls to contractors, hardware shops, developers, and distributors.
Promote and sell company products.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Resolve customer inquiries and objections effectively, providing a positive customer experience.
Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments to ensure closure.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities
Provide accurate product information including pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Update CRM systems and prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.


Qualifications/ Requirements


Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2 years' experience in telesales or sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or manufacturing
Strong understanding of the construction industry is an added advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
