Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field with 35 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity, ideally within Fintech, Consumer Lending, Microfinance, or FMCG banking.
