Territory Trade Marketer - HPC -Lake

The ideal candidates should have 3 - 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, or Field Sales within the HPC industry, with strong expertise in distributor management, trade activations, merchandising, route-to-market strategies, and territory execution. Mandatory: Experience in HPC categories such as Personal Care, Home Care, Hygiene, Beauty Care, Tissue, Detergents, Skin Care, Hair Care, or Oral Care. Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, or a related field. A professional qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, or Field Sales within the Home & Personal Care (HPC) industry. Proven experience managing distributors, trade activations, visibility programs, merchandising, and market execution initiatives. Strong understanding of route-to-market strategies, retail execution, and territory management. Demonstrated experience in driving sell-out, market share growth, and execution excellence.
