Responsibilities
Accountable for the daily processing of all relevant incoming requests, according to set standards.
Acknowledge agents' emails and prepare accurate and detailed tour proposals on time.
Ensure bookings are captured correctly, and all services are booked.
Preparation of booking documentation as per the set guidelines
Ensure costs are captured correctly; files are invoiced, and have correct margins.
Qualifications and Expertise
Relevant degree-level education in Tourism and Hospitality Sectors preferred or or higher national diploma, in the same field.
Tour plan knowledge as a strong added advantage.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Advanced Tourism Product Knowledge is a must.
Strong communication skills, both in verbal and written formats
Strong Customer Service and Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels
ICT Proficient
Proficiency in English and any other Foreign language will be an advantage.
