A leading consulting, learning and human development organization dedicated to helping individual and business unlock their potential and achieve excellence is looking for a Training facilitator responsible for the effective delivery of training programs in line with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
Facilitate training programs (physical, virtual, hybrid) in line with approved curriculum.
Deliver content using adult learning principles and experiential methodology.
Adapt delivery style to suite frontline staff, executive, mid-level and C-suite managers.
Contribute to programme design, review and update training slides, manuals, case studies, etc.
Align training objectives with clients expectations and support proposal input where required.
Maintain high delivery standards consistency with firm's reputation.
Ensure training materials are error free and professionally presented, etc.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc in Education, Social Science, Business Administration or any related field.(Master degree is an advantage)
4-5 years proven tracked experience in cooperate training, consulting, organizational development or learning and development.
High executive presence with strong presentation and facilitation skill and
Ability to simplify complex concept with instructional design capability.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and virtual platform (Zoom, Teams).
