The position will oversee the full training lifecycle: curriculum development, trainer management, programme evaluation, accreditation, and financial oversight. The Training Manager will act as a key liaison with insurers, regulators, partners, and professional bodies to strengthen the organisation's influence and market presence.
Education and certification
Master's degree in Education, HRD, Insurance, Business, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
Professional certifications in training, HR, or insurance are an added advantage.
Knowledge of NITA, KNQA, and CPD requirements is desirable.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
At least 5 years in training, learning & development, or capacityÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂbuilding roles.
Proven experience in curriculum design, programme accreditation, and quality assurance.
Demonstrated success implementing digital and blended learning solutions.
Experience in insurance or financial sector training is strongly preferred.
