Job Summary:
You will be responsible for helping clients plan and organize their travel arrangements to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience
Description
Consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.
Researching and recommending suitable travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Booking flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours on behalf of clients.
Providing clients with necessary travel information such as visa requirements, health advisories, insurance options, and local customs.
Managing changes, cancellations, and resolving any issues that arise during the travel process.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, promotions, and regulations.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Using booking software and systems efficiently to ensure accurate reservations..
Requirements:
BSc or HND in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Amadeus and Galileo booking systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of geography, travel logistics, and booking systems.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience
