Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience working in a travel agency
Strong knowledge of ticketing, reservations & travel operations
Excellent customer service experience
Computer literate (email, MS Office, booking systems)
Digital marketing experience (social media, WhatsApp marketing)
Leadership and team management skills.
