We are looking for a confident, results-driven Travel Sales Agent to join our remote team. This role involves both cold calling and handling inbound inquiries. You will reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, send quotes, follow up, and close bookings. This is a sales role — you must be comfortable picking up the phone and initiating conversations with prospects.
Responsibilities
Cold call and prospect potential clients
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Qualify leads, prepare and send travel quotes
Follow up consistently until a decision is made
Close bookings and maintain accurate CRM records
Meet monthly minimum booking targets
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in cold calling or travel sales
Strong listening and communication skills — this is non-negotiable
Confident, persuasive communicator in English — written and spoken
Comfortable speaking with international clients across time zones
Reliable laptop, internet connection, and quiet workspace
Available during US and Canada business hours
GDS experience is an advantage but not required
Compensation
Monthly retainer fee plus commission on every closed booking
Higher commission tiers for stronger performers
