Responsibilities
Quality control
Ensure that all NIS meet quality standards by teaming up with the quality team while making sure to comply with regulatory factory requirements for percent good quality in addition to other quality thresholds (Insect damage, mould, immature, undersize)
Team Management
Manage and mentor a team of receiving, warehouse and dispatch staff and ICs ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols.
NIS Handling
Manage the handling of the NIS during offloading and dryer loading with the help from the clerks and ensure proper record is maintained for both receiving and dryer loading.
Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with E&A teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials for processing and customer order fulfilment.
Reporting
Generate daily stock reports IN and OUT stock movement within the warehouse and the shop floor for the senior management decision making.
Time Management
Monitor the turnaround of raw materials trucks for smooth warehouse operations.
Waste Management
Minimize nuts waste during the offloading and drying process and record the weight for stock reconciliation.
Food safety implementation
Ensures hygienic conditions of both the warehouse team & casual workers are maintained.
Implement all Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) requirements in the shift.
Drying and Warehousing Improvement
Implement different ideas to provide innovative operating procedures and methods to eliminate raw material losses or quality deterioration and improve inventory reconciliation.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
Minimum academic Qualification: Diploma/certificate in Food science, supply chain management or business administration.
Work Experience: 3+ years of working experience in manufacturing companies as a warehouse supervisor.
Knowledge and experience in the Food Safety Management System, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace.
Attention to detail: Ensures all your tasks are completed to the fruit's quality needs.
Problem-solving: Identify the root cause and find solutions to meet the required ripening target.
Analytical skills: Have the ability to identify a problem, investigate to find out relevant facts, and find a logical solution.
Written and verbal communication: Strong verbal communication skills can help you explain ways to improve processes to other people so they can achieve set quality standards.
