Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years' sales experience in the Real Estate or Insurance sector.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a Sales Manager role within the Real Estate or Insurance sector.
Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and manage high - performing teams.
