The Role:
Manage and lead the Used Vehicle Sales Department to achieve volume and gross targets
Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team with different backgrounds and experience levels
Build strong relationships with repeat customers, local businesses, and the surrounding farming community
Ensure stock is correctly priced, merchandised, and aligned to the local market
Maintain discipline around deal structure, F&I handovers, and compliance
Create a respectful, inclusive, and professional working environment
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager (motor dealership experience essential)
Strong people-management skills with the ability to lead across different cultures and personalities
A grounded, approachable leadership style — firm but fair
Understanding of a rural / semi-rural customer base and what drives buying decisions in smaller towns
Comfortable communicating in English (Afrikaans an advantage)
Someone who values consistency, reputation, and long-term success
