Job Summary
The Value Chain Officer is responsible for driving deposit mobilization, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth through the identification, onboarding, and management of high-value distributors, dealers, and businesses within targeted value chains.
The role also supports customer retention and the delivery of tailored banking solutions to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard high-value distributors, dealers, and businesses within assigned value chains.
Drive deposit mobilization and liability growth from value chain customers.
Support branches and Relationship Managers in customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Conduct business development visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor portfolio performance and prepare periodic business reports.
Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
HND or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Lower Credit or Second Class Lower Division.
Maximum age of 29 years at the time of application.
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Sound knowledge of banking products, value chain financing, and credit analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet business targets.
Salary
N200,000 per month.
