Job Description
To ensure the delivery of an integrated project and programme management function for Digital and Product initiatives for Personal and Private Banking across Group and countries.
To lead and govern a portfolio of complex, strategic, multi disciplinary programmes, ensuring they deliver maximum business value within agreed scope, cost, quality, and time parameters.
This includes strategic alignment, value tracking and embedding a consistent delivery framework across teams.

More than 10 years
Project and programme management experience, including delivery of largeÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂscale digital transformation projects.
Deep understanding of relevant project management tools and approaches to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and the flexibility to influence diverse and dynamic teams to deliver balanced and integrated solutions. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe) beneficial.
