Job Summary
We are seeking Van Sales Representative (VSR) to drive sales, product distribution, and customer engagement within assigned routes.
The ideal candidate will ensure product availability, maintain strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and support effective market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales and billing targets.
Drive active selling and identify upselling opportunities.
Ensure consistent product distribution across assigned territories.
Adhere strictly to assigned routes and schedules.
Deliver orders accurately and on time.
Collect and reconcile customer payments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
Execute promotional activities and POS material deployment.
Requirements
Minimum of OND qualification.
2 - 3 years' sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage sales.
Valid driver's license with proven driving experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
