The position is located in Aba, Umuahia - Abia; Asaba, Ugheli - Delta; Edo North, Benin - Edo; Owerri - Imo; Port Harcourt - Rivers; Ebonyi, Enugu, Ikom - Akwa Ibom, Onitsha - Anambra; Gombe; and Nassarawa States.
