Abia State University, Uturu invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the position of: Vice-Chancellor. Interested candidates should possess a good Honours Degree and an earned academic Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D), an exemplary scholar and a Professor of at least five (5) years at a recognised and reputable University, have held senior administrative/academic positions within a University for at least 10 years and at a level capable of preparing the person for the position of Vice-Chancellor, and must not be more than sixty-four (64) years old, as at the date of possible assumption of duty on Ist November, 2026.
