Responsibilities
Assist the Principal in the day-to-day administration of the school.
Supervise teachers and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
Monitor curriculum implementation and students' academic performance.
Support staff development through mentoring, coaching, and classroom observations.
Maintain discipline and promote a positive school culture.
Coordinate examinations, assessments, and school events.
Foster effective communication with parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the school management.
Required Skills:

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of the British, Nigerian, and/or Cambridge curriculum.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology.
Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively.
Education / Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
TRCN registration is an added advantage.
Cambridge certification is an added advantage for schools offering the Cambridge curriculum.

Remuneration
Salary: N150,000 - N170,000 per month on qualifications and experience.
