Job Summary


The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into high-quality, engaging video content that aligns with the company's editorial direction and brand identity.
The role requires strong storytelling skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced media and entertainment environment.


Key Responsibilities


Edit video content for television programmes, digital platforms, social media, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with producers, directors, and content creators to understand creative briefs and storytelling objectives.
Select, cut, and sequence footage; add graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound effects as required.
Ensure colour correction, audio balancing, and overall visual consistency.
Manage and organise raw footage, project files, and archived content.
Meet strict production deadlines and respond promptly to feedback and revisions.
Adapt content formats for different platforms (TV, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).


Qualifications


Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 3 - 6 years experience.
