Key Responsibilities
Edit and assemble recorded raw footage into finished projects that match the company's vision and message.
Create visually engaging content, including promotional videos, brand campaigns, testimonials, and event highlights.
Collaborate with the content and creative team to understand project objectives and deliver according to timelines.
Add sound effects, music, graphics, motion, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure videos align with brand tone, guidelines, and aesthetics.
Organize and manage all video assets, maintaining a structured digital library.
Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.
Optimize videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website, etc.).
Support live shoots and assist in content creation when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Video Editor or similar role, preferably in a creative, marketing, or media agency.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
Basic knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity in crafting visual stories.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
