Responsibilities
Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for programs, events, and online platforms.
Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X).
Develop engaging content strategies to promote the organization's mission and activities.
Monitor analytics and provide reports on social media performance.
Collaborate with ministry teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Stay updated on digital trends to enhance outreach and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in video editing and social media management.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Alignment with the values and mission of a faith-based organization.
