Job Summary


We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Video Editor with strong graphics design and motion picture experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, designing, and editing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand's vision.
This role is critical in telling compelling stories, creating promotional and educational content, and supporting marketing, social media, and publication projects.


Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production & Planning:


Collaborate with content, marketing, and editorial teams to conceptualize video and visual projects.
Develop scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
Design visual elements, layouts, and motion graphics to complement video content.
Plan shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and equipment setup.


Production (Videography):


Capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment.
Direct video shoots, including lighting, sound, and camera angles.
Ensure proper framing, composition, and brand consistency.


Post-Production (Video Editing & Motion Graphics):


Edit raw footage into polished final videos using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Create and integrate graphics, motion graphics, and animations for video projects.
Design visual assets (thumbnails, social media banners, video intros/outros).
Optimize videos for multiple platforms (social media, web, events, etc.).
Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines and deadlines.


Quality Control & Delivery:


Review and revise videos and designs based on feedback.
Maintain organized video files, design assets, and an accessible media archive.


Qualifications & Skills


2 - 4 years of proven experience as a videographer, video editor, and graphics designer (portfolio required).
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
Strong knowledge of lighting, sound, cinematography, and visual storytelling principles.
Ability to produce motion graphics and animated content.
Creativity, storytelling skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred:


Experience producing short-form video for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Photography skills (bonus).
Knowledge of branding and visual identity design.
