Mastery of productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, project management softwares).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of standard VA tasks: calendar management, email handling, research, basic bookkeeping.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
