Role Summary We are seeking a smart and well-presented waiter to be an extension of the Belanovabrand by providing a seamless dining experience to our clients through attention-to-detail, professionalism and warm,skilledservice. Key Responsibilities Welcome and attend to guests in a warm and professional manner. Take and serve guest orders. Receive and process guest complaints. Use product knowledge to upsell products and services. Comply with health and regulatory standards. Meet guest expectations within the boundaries of company policy. Maintain excellent product and service quality. Complete supporting roles as required by the department e.g., keeping service stations clean etc. Requirements & Skills Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience. Must have a passion for hospitality. Must communicate clearly in both written and spoken English. Must be well-groomed. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Must maintain a warm and friendly demeanor combined with a professional and respectful attitude. Must work well in a team.
